Yoga from the Heart is a studio of yoga professionals who have dedicated their lives to the health and well being of our clients. We offer group classes, private instruction, workshops, teacher training, relaxing retreats and offsite classes. In addition, our studio offers a variety of spa services including massage, acupuncture and more.
Our space provides a peaceful, welcoming environment for those who wish to learn and practice yoga. Smaller classes allow our instructors to give you the kind of individual attention that ensures effective, safe, learning. Our intimate classes offer the kind of "hands-on adjustments" that larger studios just can’t duplicate.
Yoga from the Heart provides all of the props necessary to practice various poses and offers classes for all levels. Our class schedule is designed around the times that our students have found to be the most convenient for them. We regularly evaluate the schedule and add new classes based on student preference.
Yoga from the Heart’s gifted teachers have strong backgrounds in alignment based yoga. This method emphasizes alignment, the use of props, and an in-depth understanding of the body, mind and breath.
