Yoga from the Heart - Sarasota Yoga - Yoga Classes 7 Days a Week

ALL of our yoga classes are led by Yoga Alliance certified RYT instructors. Our yoga classes are based in part on the teachings of B.K.S Iyengar as expressed by many of his students / our teachers. These yoga classes explore the proper use of props, prep poses; pose modifications, body mechanics, sequencing, breath awareness and meditation. Each yoga class has it own personality and approach. Work Exchange Program
