Meditation: Cultivating a Clear, Calm, and Tranquil Mind
Meditation is the art of looking inside and discovering one's own inner being. Meditation can help to transform our day-to-day life into a better, more meaningful and more fulfilling existence. Instill a sense of tranquilitiy and contentment as you learn the dynamics of meditation and the role of asana, breathing, and mantra in calming the mind and turning it inward.

Common Aches and Pains: The Upper Back, Neck, Shoulders and Wrists
The mind communicates with the body through the neck. Tension in the neck constricts this communication. Learn sequences that release tension in the neck, shoulders, upper back, and wrists to relieve mental fatigue, headaches, and carpel tunnel syndrome and allow your mind to feel fresh and clear again.
